WHO ARE WE
SHEN‘S GARMENT (INTERNATIONAL) CO. LTD.
Shen‘s Garment (International) Co. Ltd. was established in 1982 and has nearly 40 years of clothing manufacturing history. The company’s office is set up in Hong Kong, a branch office in Guangzhou, and the factory in Xingguo, Jiangxi. The finished products are exported to Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Shen‘s manufactures diversified products, specializing in functional, high-end, outdoor, equestrian clothing.
Our company owns a self-developed ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to establish efficient and structured development, production, and shipping processes. We monitor the production progress in conjunction with the ETS (Electronic Productive Recording) system to ensure order deliveries are on time.

The management team is particularly robust, with an average work experience of more than 25 years in the apparel industry, cumulating in-depth craftsmanship, garment technology, and production management knowledge in all kinds of garments.
The factory's workshop area is more than 8,000 square meters. 30% of total employees have worked for Shen's for more than ten years. According to the current product types, the annual production volume is 500,000-800,000 pieces. With advanced and diverse manufacturing equipment, we can support the production needs for diverse products.

  • Procurement of Materials & Quality Control

    We procure the materials according to the production plan. Once receiving these materials, we carefully monitor the quality.

  • Pre-Production Sample (PP Sample)

    If clients hold a high standard to the production process, we will arrange the pre-production samples for clients to confirm.

  • Cutting & Sewing

    During the cutting and sewing process, we strictly control the quality of each process.

  • QC & Packaging

    Each product will undergo a rigorous quality inspection. We then package the products according to requirements.

  • Delivery

    We have our own freight forwarder and well-connected shipping company for delivery. We can also cooperate with the freight forwarder or shipping company designated by our clients.

  • Get in touch

    The initial conversation is crucial. Before cooperation, we welcome clients to consult our production capacity, while we also need to understand the design and craftsmanship requirements, as well as the market demands of customers' products. This helps us find the direction to serve our clients as quickly as possible.

  • First Prototype

    Clients need to provide detailed design, tech pack, fabric instructions, accessories instructions, and the size table. Based on the information provided by the client, we will make the first prototype and provide a quote.

  • Additional Samples

    Clients may request revisions based on the prototype, and we will make further samples and updating our quotes.

  • Salesman Samples (SMS)

    We are happy to make salesman samples based on the client's sales needs.

  • Confirm Order

    Based on the client's required delivery date and our production plan, we confirm the order with the client.

We have BSCI certification and are committed to protecting the safety of our employees.
We take the lead for clean energy within the industry, installing solar panels in 2020 - now, 30% of the power comes from photovoltaic. We joined Higg FEM(The Higg Facility Environmental Module) and planned to continually expand solar energy in the next two years in the hope of achieving more than 75% of energy coming from clean energy.
Shen's actively participates in local welfare projects. For example, we donate supplies and make school uniforms for local primary school students.
